Where do I park?

There are three spots in the parking lot behind our building, along the wooden fence closest to the alley. They are numbered for units 572 and 726. There is also 2-hour street parking on Inca street or non-2 hr parking on 5th. Pay close attention to street sweeping signs!

When should I arrive?

To gather the full experience at DECO Denver Salon, it’s best to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. This will allow you to enjoy a beverage, change into a color robe, browse our amazing AVEDA products, and settle in before your service provider is ready for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

To protect our service providers’ time and money we have a few policies:

  • Cancellation policy: If a customer cancels within 24 hours they will be charged 25% of the service booked.

  • Late policy: There is a 10 minute grace period for a customer to be late. After 10 minutes it is up to the stylist/esthetician to determine if the customer needs to reschedule.

  • No show policy: If a customer does not show for their appointment they will be charged 50% of the service booked. After the third time, they will no longer be able to prebook and will only be able to book services day-of.

Where did DECO Denver Salon come from?

DECO was started by Ranae Faudoa and her team of veterans from Zandi K Salon. Ranae always had a vision and a dream for the type of salon that DECO is. DECO is a place where creativity is nurtured, superior customer experience is a priority, and teamwork makes the dream work. When the opportunity to take over the Zandi K Denver location came about, everything fell into place for Ranae to make her dreams into reality. DECO Denver Salon was established July 2021.
